Medical death certificate 1.1.50

Medical death certificate is a program that is designed to fill out and print medical death certificates, keep a log of the deceased, automatically create postmortem epicrisis, create mortality reports based on the data entered, print death certificate forms.

The program provides the following functions:

• user-friendly interface
• log of deceased patients with the possibility of sampling by date of issue of certificates and dates of death
• printing cards of medical death certificates form No.106/u-08 and postmortem epicrisis
• availability of automatic numbering option from a given range of death certificate forms
• the possibility of daily monitoring of mortality, which is especially convenient when using the online version
• creating reports on nosological forms and age groups for an arbitrary period of time, which allows for full-fledged monitoring of mortality
• analysis of mortality by groups of those who died from oncopathology, diseases of the circulatory system, diseases of the respiratory system, digestion, external causes
• the ability to upload journal data in Excel format
• the availability of export /import database
• the ability to print blank forms medical death certificates (No.106/u-08) with their sequential numbering from a given range
• distribution of employees by access level in the program from the operator to the chief physician,
