Microsoft ActiveSync is a program for synchronizing various mobile devices with a computer. Microsoft ActiveSync is able to work and synchronize data transfer from PDAs, smartphones and other similar devices running Windows Mobile 5.0, Windows Mobile 2003 SE, Windows Mobile 2003, Pocket PC 2002, Smartphone 2002, Windows CE.
Microsoft ActiveSync acts as a messenger between desktop PCs and Windows Mobile device, allowing you to exchange Outlook information, Office documents, images, music and videos between them, as well as install software on the PDA. In addition, Microsoft ActiveSync is able to provide synchronization with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, on which the user can keep his own mailbox, store Calendar, Notes and Contacts. In addition, it provides for the conversion of different types of documents to work with them on the PDA, as well as tools for creating backup copies of data.
Microsoft ActiveSync supports synchronization via Wifi, USB cable, Bluetooth or IR connection.
