Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant is a tool for diagnosing and troubleshooting Microsoft products, with which you can solve problems when working with Windows, Office, Outlook, Exchange Online, Skype for Business and other services, as well as get detailed reports on the operation of some services, using advanced diagnostic functions.
The application allows you to fix:
- Problems with Windows activation.
- Problems with installing, activating and deleting Office.
- Problems with the client or the web version of Outlook.
- Problems with syncing mobile devices.
- Problems with the business versions of OneDrive and Skype.
- Problems logging into Dynamics 365.
The program has an intuitive interface and is very easy to use. After the launch, the user needs to select a product in which problems are detected, after which a number of clarifying questions will be asked.
