MxSmsSender - The program is designed to send SMS messages to cell phones.
MxSmsSender includes the following functions:

- Ability to send a message to a group of subscribers
- Maximum message length in transliteration: 480 characters (3 SMS 160 characters each)
- Maximum message length in Russian: 210 characters (3 SMS of 70 characters each)
