NetBalancer 10.5.1

NetBalancer is a free utility with which the user can distribute Internet traffic between individual applications. The program allows you not only to set a speed limit on reception or return, but also to prioritize network activity (low, normal or high), as well as completely block traffic.

The program provides the ability to manage individual processes by collecting statistics on them and displaying a list of open connections for each of them, the download/upload speed and the amount of data transferred. In addition, the program can monitor selected network adapters and set traffic limits for local network computers. There is a built-in scheduler.
