NetView is a Windows Network Environment replacement program. Allows you to use in addition to the standard Windows features many others - keeps a log with a list of machines, addresses and descriptions and regularly checks it for the presence of switched-off machines, keeps a log of active network connections (has the function of black and white lists), a fast search engine, a scanner of ports and a range of IP addresses, a built-in PortListener monitor that tracks connections to specified ports (useful for detecting IP addresses from which attempts are being made to establish connections to Trojan ports or port scans), the ability to search for shared resources, as well as send messages over the network.
