NI Transliterator is a program for translating texts from transliteration into Russian and back.
Supports text formatting (the ability to download and save files in RTF format), the most popular transliteration systems (GOST 16876-71, Russian-English), as well as user-defined tables.In addition, the program has the function of translating text characters to upper or lower case, the function of changing the encoding of Russian characters, as well as the function of counting the number of characters in the text (useful when sending SMS messages). It is possible to send email (and SMS via email) directly from the program.
