Otter Browser 1.0.02

Otter Browser is a browser that embodies the best aspects of the classic Opera (12.x) and the user interface using the Qt5 engine. A web browser that is controlled by the user, not the other way around. This is not a 100% repetition of Opera, but an implementation as close to it as possible.
