Oxygen Phone Manager II provides full access to Java applications, games and the Phone Gallery. The user can read the entire Gallery in one operation, view pictures and listen to melodies directly inside the program, as well as save them as files to disk and set pictures as the operator's logo, screensaver or wallpaper. It is possible to upload pictures and ringtones to the phone, delete files and folders from it, and even create custom directories and subdirectories. The following file formats are supported: MIDI, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, wireless BMP.

OPM II has a handy melody editor. You can import MIDI files, use a virtual piano keyboard to record a melody, play them on your computer and create your own melody library. The program also includes an FM station manager, for models that have an FM radio. With it, you can easily set up and record your favorite radio stations to your phone. Oxygen Phone Manager II contains functions for managing bookmarks and WAP settings, voice recorder, call list (last dialed, missed and received numbers) and GPRS settings. Oxygen Phone Manager II fully supports Unicode - you can easily view and edit information in several languages.
