ParRot is a program for automatically filling out forms of various documents. This application can be configured for any type of documentation in order to quickly and easily fill them out according to a certain template - certificates, diplomas, award lists, certificates of commendation, invoices and expense invoices, etc.

Working with ParRot is quite convenient. Create your own layout by adding both text and graphic fields to the template. Each field is assigned an ordinal number, and a link to an Excel file can be attached to the text field. Then, just for the active (highlighted) field, specify the coordinates of the location, marking the area on your layout. Color hints are made very conveniently: the active block is marked in blue on the layout, the passive fields are gray, and the intersections of the fields are highlighted in red. Blocks can be split into parts, moved, deleted, or stretched as needed.

It is convenient that by creating a template in ParRot, you can simply scan a document (for example, an invoice) directly from the application interface, and then recognize the text - this greatly simplifies editing.

When the template is finished, you can send it to print. In the future, you simply replace the key blocks on the layout (for example, full name) and quickly get a new document.
