Paul's Extreme Sound Stretch is an easy-to-use utility that allows you to slow down the playback of audio files, thus obtaining quite interesting-sounding compositions. Deceleration is carried out by setting a special coefficient, which can be entered either manually or set using the slider. In addition, you can adjust the volume, as well as include filters, compression and binaural sound changes, shift the pitch and octaves. Finished tracks can be saved as a WAV or OGG file.
