PC-3000 DiskAnalyzer is a program for testing normally connected drives, such as HDD, SATA, SCSI, SSD, External USB HDD/Flash. It uses several software mechanisms to access the disk device:

• SCSI Pass Through IOCTL (SPTI) is a system mechanism for performing read write operations. Allows you to get information about the identification of the disk, the so-called SCSI passport.
• S.M.A.R.T. IOCTL - designed to obtain information about the state of S.M.A.R.T. Allows the submission of commands to read attributes and thresholds of S.M.A.R.T., as well as HDD identification data (Standard ATA passport) by setting HDD register values.
• IDE Pass Through IOCTL - there is no limit on the register value +1, which allows you to use more S.M.A.R.T. functions, including access to logs and launching S.M.A.R.T. HDD diagnostics.
• SCSI ATA Translation - work with HDD with USB interface.

PC-3000 DiskAnalyzer Features:

• Logical scanning by reading or verification commands.
• Writing logical address ranges to disk for testing writing or destroying data.
• Viewing the identification data of disk drives.
• View full identification data of drives with IDE interface (PATA/SATA).
• Viewing S.M.A.R.T. data, including log data.
• Preservation of scanning defects in the format of PC-3000 complexes for their further concealment by means of these complexes.
• Copying data sector to sector to another disk drive.
