PC Pass Accounting (PCAA) is a software package designed to organize automated work with an electronic database containing information about passes (permanent, temporary or one-time) to protected objects in order to carry out additional control of incoming/outgoing persons, as well as incoming/outgoing vehicles.

For the most part, it is intended for installation and operation at an automated workplace (AWP) in a Pass Office or at a security post of an organization of any size, in order to issue and carry out further control of electronic or paper passes of employees and visitors.

Program features:

• work with a local database using SQLite ODBC driver,
• work with a remote database using the MySQL driver ODBC
• work with a remote database using the PostgreSQL ODBC driver,
• work with databases with different levels of access rights
• case-insensitive data storage and retrieval in English and Russian (and Ukrainian and Belarusian) languages
• simultaneous work of several users on one database
• start the program with the operating system,
• search omissions in the database in accordance with the system-installed date with automatic tracking of the date change
• output on the fly found in the database permits, in accordance with the fields filled in search
• display of additional information found in the database passes
• attach photos (pictures 120x160 pixels) for each pass
• add the editable text notes for each pass (up to 255 characters)
• creating marks on the dates/times of site visits and other events
• lighting strings information about omissions in the presence of marks
• view the history of visits to sites and other observed events
• adding a new pass to the database tracking the required format and to avoid redundancy of data
• delete (hide) selected passes
• restoration of missing, deleted,
• manual or automatic update of the list of passes without change of filters
• processing of up to 2 147 483 648 passes (records) in the database
