Phonecode is a handy reference program that allows you to identify the operator and region by cell phone number. The number of each cell phone begins with a special three-digit code, which is called a prefix or DEF code. The program searches through the database of DEF codes of mobile operators operating in Russia. In order to find out where a particular phone is registered, you just need to enter its number in the search form. You can find out the phone codes of the countries of the world and the codes of the cities of Russia using a convenient search form. To find out the international codes you need, select the country of interest from the list. To find out the phone area code, select the country and then the city. The necessary information will appear at the bottom, in the table. In addition, there is a search by IP addresses.
