PhotoLine is a powerful full-featured graphic editor that allows you to perform many different actions on images. The set of this application has a variety of filters and effects that will help transform the selected digital drawing or photo into a real postcard, making it possible to fine-tune individual picture parameters: color, brightness, style, visual highlights, volume, working with layers, text drawing, animation, etc.

In addition to working with ready-made images, you can draw your own from scratch, showing creative imagination, but this will require some skills to work with similar applications. As for the supported files, in PhotoLine you can use the formats PLD, PDF, TIF, BMP, GIF, JPEG, CMX, PCD, PCX, PNG, PSD, EPS, PICT, TGA, IMG, ICO, ANI, XBM, IFF, ESM, CGM, PIC, CVG, GEM, WMF and EMF.

It cannot be said that PhotoLine has a simple interface (there is no Russian localization), but those users who, by the nature of their activities, encounter graphic editors will quickly figure out what's what.

In general, PhotoLine can become a good assistant for web designers, allowing them to implement interesting graphic ideas and becoming a good alternative to more popular applications of this kind, for example Photoshop.
