Prostoysoft Tables 3.34

Prostoysoft Tables is a program for creating accounting systems for enterprises with any type of activity. The flexible database configurator allows you to create tables, fields, forms, lists and reports.

There is sorting, filtering, searching by any field of the table, color separation rules, reminders, data export and import, generation of office documents based on templates with data from the database, flexible configuration of the data tree, network and multi-user modes, support for replication and offline mode, triggers, group updating, the ability to work both directly in tables and and in a separate form, which is flexibly configurable, the definition of drop-down lists, calculated values, importing files from the file system, email mailing lists and many other functions.

The program allows you to:

• Sort the table by any field, including sorting by multiple fields by holding the Shift key.
• Filter the table by any field using the following operators: =, >,, >,=, <,, <,=, <,>,, Contains, Does not contain, Begins with, Does not begin with, Ends with, Does not end with, LIKE, NOT LIKE.
• Group the same data in any field when the table is sorted by this field (for marked fields in table properties).
• Mark links as Favorites, then they will be displayed in orange.
• Mark links as Uninteresting, then they will be displayed in light gray.
• Change data in any field (except ID), add new entries manually, delete marked ones, i.e. maintain a database.
• Create new fields for the main table of various types (text, numeric, yes/no, date and time).
• Create calculated fields for the main table, for example, you can create a field with the formula [Field 1] / [Field 2].
• Swap the fields of the main table using drag and drop or using the Settings form.
• Print the current view of the main table, taking into account the visibility of the fields, their width and order.
• Export the current view of the main table, taking into account the field settings in Excel or Word.
• Work with multiple database files, create new databases, they can also be opened using MS Access.
