ProxyCheker is a program for identifying the fastest proxyserver. From the specified list in the proxy.list file, where the proxy IP and port are separated by a space (for one proxy - one line), the utility will determine the one that has the highest speed, but the reliability is not checked.
The result can be saved to a file. This application can be useful for administrators when creating cascading proxies for internet access.
