MapcamDroid radar detector is a program that warns the driver about radars, speed cameras, GBDD ambushes and potentially dangerous places on the road. The application will remind you in time about compliance with traffic rules and speed limits, and will help you avoid an accident or a fine.

The program can work both independently and with any navigation program, in the background.
The application was tested together with Navitel, iGO, City Guide, Yandex.Maps, Yandex.Navigator, Google maps, NAVIGON, Sygic GPS Navigation, and others.

The project's warning database is used http://mapcam.info . At the moment, this is the most complete and up-to-date database for the CIS countries and not only. Databases of more than 80 countries of the world are available.

The program uses two types of warning databases, Standard and Advanced.

The standard database includes the following warnings:
