Visitor accounting is a program for maintaining a database and accounting for visitors, organizations, services, contracts, documents, employees. The initial registration of visitors is carried out by security guards or secretaries at the entrance.

Convenient sorting (including by several fields) and filtering by any field, data import, export directly to Excel, Word document generation by templates, network and multi-user modes. You can create new tables in the database, add new fields to them (both stored and calculated), define drop-down lists and values in them, assign subordinate tables, count totals by formulas, build a tree by specified fields, configure row color rules, set up reminders, make mailings, create arbitrary reports.

Data can be entered both directly into tables (as in Excel), and through separate forms that are flexibly configured. Extensive access rights settings for each user (tables, fields, records, menus, buttons) and many other amenities.
