Relax with Tri-Z 1.0

Take a rest with Tri-Z - many vision problems arise precisely from overexertion. For the prevention and regardless of the type of visual impairment, everyone needs rest for the eyes. Otherwise, when working hard, symptoms such as dry eyes, redness, deterioration of distant vision, spasm of accommodation and other negative consequences may appear. Exercises and relaxation for the eyes, which are given in this program, are quite simple and will not take much time.

In the program settings window, enter the time (from 5 to 180 minutes) after which you need to take a break from working at the computer, and the time of the break itself from 1 to 15 minutes (by default, the working time is 60 minutes with a break duration of 3 minutes).

During the break, 1 out of 5 eye exercises will be shown. The end of the break will be notified by an audible signal.
