RetroArch is a shell for emulators, game engines, video games, media players, retro consoles and other applications, thanks to which you can run games for NES, Sega MegaDrive, Super Nintendo, Sony Playstation, Sega Saturn, Nintendo 64, etc. on your PC. You can also use RetroArch to launch original game discs (CDs). The application has such advanced features as shaders, netplay, rewind, response time of the next frame, machine translation, access capabilities for the visually impaired and much more.

An emulator kernel developed by third-party developers is automatically loaded for each console. The program contains a huge selection of emulators for all known consoles and even some devices and operating systems (for example, PalmOS). There are several emulators available for each console, which allows you to choose the most optimal one.

The application offers emulation settings, both general and individual for each individual emulator, which allows you to fine-tune the game, and thereby get the highest possible picture, sound and response quality.
