RetroBar is a small free utility with which you can turn your taskbar into a classic Windows 95-98, 2000 or XP taskbar in a couple of mouse clicks. In the program settings, you can choose the location of the taskbar, apply font smoothing, display on multiple displays, run at system startup, etc. The application will need software to work .NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime.
