RightMark CPU Clock Utility (RMClock) - the program is designed to monitor the frequency, throttling and CPU load level in real time and change the performance/power consumption level of supported processor models on the go through model-specific registers (MSR) that control the power saving mode.
In the automatic control mode RightMark CPU Clock Utility (RMClock) constantly monitors the CPU load level and dynamically changes its frequency, trottling level and/or supply voltage as needed.
