RIOT (Radical Image Optimization Tool) is a free and easy-to-use utility that is a powerful tool for optimizing the size of images with the possibility of their further placement on the Internet. The program supports a large number of source formats, there is an option for pixel-by-pixel comparison.

RIOT also allows you to compress a file to a specified volume, transfers or deletes metadata, has built-in tools for changing the physical dimensions of images, adjusting the brightness and contrast of images.
