R&Q is a clone of the popular ICQ Internet pager with numerous improvements. Excellent size/functionality ratio! The program is completely free, there is no advertising in it, it is fully compatible with ICQ and it is a pleasure to work with it. What are its main advantages compared to ICQ?

• is very small, very fast, does not require installation, does not write anything to registry and takes up less than a megabyte on disk.
• You can simultaneously run as many copies of the application on the same computer (with different UINs) as there are users running on it.
• Each contactee can be switched to the visibility/invisibility mode with two mouse clicks (in ICQ, you need to play a Moonlight Sonata by the number of clicks with the mouse).
• You can reply to messages quoting the incoming letter (by pressing one button).
• Here you can view the incoming message without opening any windows at all - it is shown as a hint right on the notification area icon.
• It is very flexibly configured, and you can change not only icons, fonts, and so on, but also choose whole themes of installations to turn it, for example, into a pure ICQ or vice versa - into Yahoo, Miranda or Lexicon text editor.
• You can somehow send a message, and not even be connected to the Internet at the same time - the messages are placed in the Outbox, and they can still be edited.
• At any moment you can become invisible to everyone, even to those who see you in an invisible state.
• In addition to the status itself (as in ICQ), the program has four invisibility modes. Moreover, they can be combined with ordinary statuses (unlike ICQ). For example, if in ICQ in Invisible mode you cannot become Away or DND, then in R&Q - as much as you want. Status is status, and invisibility is invisibility.
• The most important thing! You can keep as many subscribers as you want in one message window (they will be shown as bookmarks)! Thus, you have only one window, one button in the taskbar and as many subscribers as you want. The system can remember active subscribers and output them at the next start, or it may not remember - as you decide.
• When you open the message window, you can open the entire message history for this contact with one button in the upper half.
• In the story you can see animated emoticons! (If they are in your chosen topic)
• Well, in addition, the application has a huge number of various settings that allow you to portray exactly what you need from it.
