Rus WinAPI Help 1.8

Rus WinAPI Help is a fairly extensive WinAPI help for Delphi. In the asset: 791 functions and procedures, 27 types of constants, 88 structures, many messages and several examples. The help is quite simply connected to Delphi and called by F1. For convenience, the help contains thematic groups and links to sites on the topic. There is also an alphabetical breakdown.

This help is a short reference for programmers who need specific information on a particular API feature. Windows functions and procedures are listed and described in alphabetical order.

For each procedure or function, the following information is provided: the title of the procedure or function, a description of each parameter, the return value and a brief description of the action performed by the function.
