Scan DBF 1.6

Scan DBF is a program for restoring (repairing) corrupted DBF files. If the power is turned off or the computer crashes while working with DBF databases, the file header or its end may be corrupted. In essence, such damage to the file is reduced to a discrepancy between the number of records in the header and the actual number of records in the table (file).The Scan DBF program scans the hard disk or disks (optional) and searches for corrupted DBF files if there is no structural damage in the table, restores the header (matches the number of entries in the header to the actual number of entries in the file) and uncouples the index if there is one.

When restoring corrupted files, backups are created in the current directory with the same name and extension as *.$$$. Information about backups is recorded in the report file in the program startup directory, in the file REPORT.TXT .
