ScanRename 1.2

ScanRename is a utility for easy scanning and quick renaming of finished images by a given mask. The main way to scan documents is to scan one document at a time and then save the file. If you have the same type of documents (book, magazine, manual, etc.), then you can use batch scanning - all files will differ only by the last digit. But if all the documents are different and should be named in their own way, then it takes a lot of time to save (rename) each file.

Just for such situations, the ScanRename application was implemented. This program allows you to scan a document in just a couple of mouse clicks and save it under the desired name. In addition, if you already have ready-made scanned files that need to be renamed depending on their content, then ScanRename will cope with this task easily and simply.

There are three main modes in the ScanRename program:

• Scanning documents with automatic assignment of the desired name and saving to a file
• Copying files with automatic assignment of the desired name to a new file
• Renaming a file with automatic assignment of the desired name

So with ScanRename You will no longer have to spend a lot of time scanning and processing the resulting images, which will affect overall productivity. This utility is especially useful for those who often scan different documents both at home and at work.
