SeaTTY is a program for receiving weather messages, navigation warnings and weather maps transmitted via RTTY, NAVTEX and HF-FAX (WEFAX) protocols on long and short waves. The program can also automatically record NOAA Weather Radio SAME (NWR SAME) voice messages and their digital headers. No additional equipment is required - only an SSB receiver and a computer with a sound card are needed.
