Secure Data Eraser is a utility for safely deleting information from your computer without the possibility of restoring it, even when using specialized software. This application will keep the confidentiality of all your data that you have hidden from others and want to permanently destroy. FAT and NTFS file systems are supported.

Secure Data Eraser has 3 modes of operation: for erasing individual files and folders, erasing disks and removable media, erasing unallocated disk space. Working with the program is easy and convenient thanks to a well-thought-out interface and a step-by-step mechanism of settings. First you need to decide on the erase mode. Then specify the files or disks that you want to destroy. On the next tab, you will be asked to choose an erasure algorithm: there are 13 options in total, differing in the number of passes (from 1 in the simplest to 35 in Peter Gutmann's algorithm) and, accordingly, the time of destruction: the more passes, the more time it will take to completely erase the data.
