SimpleSndVol is a small free and easy-to-use utility that provides the user with the ability to easily and conveniently adjust the volume and balance levels. The control can be carried out both with the help of hot keys (they work in all applications) and with the mouse by rotating the scroll wheel over the program icon in the system tray.
