The simulator of a robotic technological complex based on a CNC lathe is designed for visual demonstration and training in programming the process of machining parts on a robotic technological complex based on a rare lathe 16K20FZS32 with a control system 2P22.
The presented development is a simplified educational tool that has a number of limitations (including the accuracy of cutting simulation /measurements, etc. functional limitations) and does not pretend to be considered a professional technical simulator of industrial equipment.
The main purpose of this development is the basic familiarization of the user with the lathe control system and demonstration training in programming skills of the machining process using the international ISO-7bit code.
The machine presented in the simulator belongs to the turning group of machines and is designed for processing the external and internal surfaces of workpieces of the type of bodies of rotation with a stepped or curved profile in one or more working strokes in a closed semi-automatic cycle. The machine is made on the basis of the 16K20 machine, but differs in that it is equipped with various numerical control devices, depending on the modification. The accuracy class of the machine is P. The machine has a traditional layout for lathes.
