SMS School 4.2

SMS-School - the program is designed to inform parents of students about progress, homework and school events by sending them individual SMS messages and by email. The program sends SMS messages using a mobile phone or GSM terminal connected to a computer, or via the operator's Internet gateway.

Main features of the program:

• Sending SMS messages using a mobile phone or GSM terminal connected to a computer,
• Sending SMS messages via an Internet gateway (for example http://smsdirect.ru ),
• Sending messages to parents and teachers by email,
• Mailing schedules and homework by email and SMS,
• Support of all reference books necessary for the work: types of grades, academic subjects, teachers, classes, student lists, class schedules,
• Import and export of data to Excel and other programs,
• Accounting for payment for using the mailing service. It is possible to have several tariffs for different types of services: mailing ratings, mailing homework,
• Easy entry of grades (keeping class logs),
• Using the schedule to select a subject in the journal,
• Sending messages about grades received by students of the selected class for the day, sending grades for the day for all classes at once,
• Sending random messages to parents of students of the selected class, according to some selected students or individually. If desired, messages can also be sent by email,
• The ability to send an individual message to each subscriber,
• Automatic generation of the message text based on pre-prepared message templates. Some fields from the program database can be inserted into the message text. For example: the name and patronymic of the parent, the name of the student, the full name of the class teacher, the name of the class, the end date of the payment period, etc.,
• Maintaining a protocol for sending messages. Statistics of sending messages for an arbitrary period of time,
• Receiving and automatic processing of SMS messages,
• Reminders about the upcoming birthdays of students and teachers,
• Sending reminders about the approaching payment deadline,
• The ability to work with a common database simultaneously on several computers connected to a local network,
• Automatic creation of backup copies of the program database.
