SNK DEcode 3.1.4

SNK DEcode is an easy-to-use program for transcoding from/to DOS-OS/2 (cp 866), Windows (cp 1251), UNIX (Koi-8r cp), Macintosh and ISO 8859-5 code pages. The program is primarily intended for those who like to experiment with manual encodings from time to time. SNK DEcode can also perform 'transcoding according to user schemes', i.e. transformations between several specified code pages at once. You can save such schemes in the program, and call them, if necessary, from the schemes window or from the command line. You can also use SNK DEcode as a command-line utility, for example, in batch files.

In addition to the actual transcoding of the text, the program can perform a number of text conversion functions, such as changing the character case, converting qwertytsuken, clearing text from tags and others.
