Sophos Bootable Anti-Virus is a bootable disk for checking the computer for infection and potentially dangerous software, which also allows you to cure the system from active infection.
The utility allows you to download the latest virus database and generate an updated bootable ISO file.
Before using it, you need to create a bootable image sbav.iso (to do this, you can use the SBAV tool utility - detailed instructions are available on the official website). Then create a bootable Sophos Bootable Anti-Virus USB drive. Extract the slax folder to the USB root from the previously created boot image sbav.iso . Open a Windows command prompt and type the command G:slaxbootbootinst.bat, instead of G, specifying the letter of your USB device.
After the utility is finished (the message Press any key appears), press any key to exit the utility.
