SSD Mini Tweaker is a small program for configuring and optimizing your operating system to work with a solid-state SSD. Such data storage drives use solid-state memory, emulating a hard disk. The advantage of SSD is fast access to data due to the absence of the need to move the heads (as in HDD), which affects the speed of loading the system, launching applications, reading and writing data.

However, SSD drives also have a significant drawback - a limited number of write cycles. Conventional flash memory on average can withstand up to 500,000 erase and write operations to the same cell. So the purpose of the SSD Mini Tweaker is precisely to reduce the system's access to the SSD disk for its longer operation.

Here you can disable and enable various functions and services of the system, such as Trim, Superfetch, Prefetcher, defragmentation, indexing, leave the system core in memory, increase the size of the system cache, do not create a Layout.ini file, and others. All actions are performed by simply installing (or removing) the label from the corresponding item.
