Superclad is a complex for automating the accounting of inventory and money. A distinctive feature of this program is the simplicity of use and the absence of accounting terms in the interface. Thanks to this, the program can be used by anyone, even without an accounting education. To work with the program, it is enough to own a computer at the user level and have a general understanding of warehouse and financial accounting.

With the help of the utility, you can provide a full accounting of goods and money from a kiosk to a large wholesale base. The application parameters allow you to keep records at 100 different warehouses, conduct mutual settlements with buyers and suppliers, print all the necessary primary documents (invoice TORG-12, invoice, invoice T-1 and other standard forms). In addition, there is a built-in primary document generator that allows prepared users to create their own forms of primary documents, which allows prepared users to change the forms of primary documents.

• Accounting for the availability and movement of goods. Registration and printing of primary warehouse documents for the reception and release of goods.
• Accounting for the availability and flow of cash in cash and non-cash form. Registration and printing of cash documents.
• Generation and printing of reports on the movement of goods in quantitative and total terms, reports on interaction with suppliers and buyers, reports on the movement and availability of funds.
• Export reports to MS Excel and OpenOffice.Calc for further analysis.
• Formation, printing and graphical presentation of analytical reports on the dynamics and structure of sales.
• Maintaining up to 100 warehouses in a single database with the possibility of internal movement of goods between warehouses.
• Differentiation of user access to various information, for each user it is possible to set which reports and documents he has access to.
• Setting up the printed appearance of primary documents using the built-in primary document generator.
• Fixing and maintaining a protocol of user actions, it is always known who and when made the last change to a commodity or monetary document.
