Text Filter is a free application that is designed to read text documents, and also allows you to search in a file for terms or phrases specified by the user.

Text strings are immediately filtered when entering a search phrase, and the corresponding words are highlighted in contrasting color. There are several filtering modes. The search results can be copied to the clipboard.
