Text Search and Replace is a simple program that allows you to search for both single-line and multi-line text by a given word or phrase. For the search, you can also use regular expressions in a stripped-down form, for debugging which a special polygon is provided.

It is convenient that the text can be searched not only in a separate file, but also in an entire folder, including nested ones. Four file extensions are recognized (txt, hta, htm, html) in 1251 or utf-8 encoding.

After the desired text is found, you can replace it with another one - just write down the required expression and click find and replace. In general, everything is very simple and clear - this tool will be a good helper when working with large text files, allowing you to quickly find the information you need.
