Russian Russian Help System for Delphi and Turbo Delphi is a system of Russian help files for Delphi. The help files are automatically embedded into the Delphi, Borland BDS and CodeGear Rad Studio versions that you specified during installation that exist on your computer. If the help is embedded in the Delphi 7 - 5 environment, they are an addition to the English-language help available there.
