Traffic Examiner is a software package for teaching and conducting theoretical exams on the rules of the road. Questions are assembled into a ticket randomly in an indefinite sequence (which can be changed, added, deleted or created new ones). The sequence of questions does not depend on a particular computer. A single database of questions in random order is used. You can work with examination tickets for traffic regulations for the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. It is possible to create backups of test databases. The traffic examiner consists of two programs:

• Question configurator. It is intended for drawing up questions to tickets according to the rules of the road, without resorting to the services of a developer (programmer). The program is logged in using a password that the user can change. There are three configurations of test templates: 30x10 - 30 tickets for 10 questions, 40x10 - 40 tickets for 10 questions, 40x20 - 40 tickets for 20 questions.
• Traffic examiner. It works in two modes: examiner and training.
