Training Department 2.40

Educational Department is a program designed to solve a variety of tasks related to taking into account the composition of students (trainees), academic performance and the calculation of certain parameters for them in educational institutions. It can be used to automate the activities of employees of the admissions committee, deans, personnel department, military accounting desk of educational institutions.

Functions Training Department:

• Accounting for individual and educational characteristics of applicants, students and other user-defined types of students in an educational institution
• Accounting for orders for admission, transfer and expulsion, incentives and penalties of students, completed coursework and internship
• Accounting for issued diplomas on full and incomplete higher education and academic certificates, as well as damaged forms
• Accounting of the teaching staff, the subjects they read and their volume in hours
• Accounting of the progress of each of the students individually and study groups as a whole
• Formation of curricula for study groups
• Calculation of the success rate of passing the current session for operational control of students
• Multi-user work with access rights differentiation
• Flexible filtering system for students and teaching staff
• Generation of reports for the admission commission, Dean's Office and HR Department in Microsoft Excel format
• Printing of diplomas, diploma supplements and academic certificates
• Ability to edit basic templates and add custom reports
• Import and export all or part of the database
