Txt2pcx - The program is designed to convert text files into an image in the format '.pcx' (b&w). This conversion is necessary when the recipient cannot read text files in Russian, while graphic files of this format are supported by all decent graphic editors (including 'Imaging' included with Windows). In addition, the text information in the image file cannot be read by other computer programs. One built-in font size 8*12 in DOS-866, WIN-1251, KOI-8 encodings is used for conversion.

Can be called as a command-line utility, specifying the necessary parameters (for processing a group of files), you can work interactively. The program is designed for DOS, but it works under Windows without problems, but DO NOT use long and Russian directory names (including for storing the program itself) and files.
