VirtualDub 1.10.4

VirtualDub is a program for capturing and processing video files. She can read and write AVI2 (OpenDML) and multi-segment AVI files (to overcome the 2 GB barrier). It has built-in MPEG-1 and Motion-JPEG decoders, and also allows you to connect other video and audio codecs. The program supports creating AVI with a fractional frame rate, deleting and replacing audio tracks, importing audio from an external source, deleting any fragments from the video sequence and gluing video files.

VirtualDub has a powerful set of filters, such as blur, sharpen, emboss, smooth, 3x3 convolution, flip, resize rotate, brightness/contrast, levels, deinterlace and threshold. Such a set is not bad even for a graphic editor. In addition, it is possible to write and connect your own filters.
