SPRuler is a screen ruler with which you can quickly and easily measure any objects on the monitor screen in pixels. As a tool, SPRuler will be useful to a webmaster when creating website pages, a programmer to create a program interface, an artist for additional measurements of distances inside a drawing, etc.
