Webcam Surveyor is a video surveillance and video recording program with which you can easily record videos, take pictures from your camera, record a sequence of images into a video file with a specified time interval.

There is a built-in motion detector, Motion Capture function, support for modern video compression algorithms such as DivX, Mpeg4, Mjpeg, etc. An integrated file manager will help you organize the resulting pictures and videos.
