WebcamXP Free is a free version of a powerful utility for working with webcams, which allows you to provide access to your camera to any user without installing additional server software on a PC. All the basic settings are already built into the program, so you only need to specify a few parameters, such as the server port and the path to the local directory.

WebcamXP Free allows you to take pictures from the camera, set the schedule according to the scheduler, configure web broadcasting, organize live chat, upload via FTP and HTTP. In addition, the program can be used as a tracking tool, automatically starting when objects move or sounds appear.
