Wikimapia Maps - The application will help you browse Wikimapia and explore places added by users. This project is based on a combination of electronic maps (Google Maps, Google Earth, etc.) and Wiki technologies.

This interactive service was created to describe all the current objects on the Earth's map. The resource is completely free and edited by users under the control of the site administration. Users can describe objects on the online map using the built-in editing functions, add categories, comments, descriptions and photos. Since geographical objects are added by users from all over the world, therefore Wikimapia has a detailed, complete and open map with more than 26 million objects.

There is verification of the location of the object on the map, search by object categories. Scaled maps, it is possible to view many different types of maps from Google, Yandex, Bing, Yahoo, OSM and Wikimapia.
