Willing Webcam is a program for capturing streaming video and images via a webcam at certain time intervals or using a sensitive motion detector. The received video or photos can be sent by e-mail, using MMS or SMS messages, uploaded to an HTTP/FTP server, and an audio signal is also provided when motion is detected, or an application is launched.
In addition, the user can add text, images and various effects to the pictures in real time. The program is able to work with digital video and photo cameras equipped with FireWire connectors, S-Video or composite output, various USB devices designed for video capture, TV tuners, as well as network IP cameras that can generate JPEG and MJPEG images at the output.
