WinScript is a powerful Windows scripting engine designed to automate frequently performed actions. According to its capabilities, it completely overlaps BAT files. It works fast, has a large variety of built-in functions (operations with files and folders, network, system, console input/output, working with INI files, etc.).

The basis of WinScript is the Pascal language, so the ease of writing scripts is difficult to overestimate. All classical language constructs are supported: if-then-else, case, for, while, repeat, procedures and functions. There is a detailed reference in Russian. A large number of ready-made examples are supplied with the program.

WinScript is distributed free of charge and can be used freely, provided the integrity of the distributed distribution is respected. Computer speed and RAM size are not critical. Included is a script editor with syntax highlighting and automatic code completion.
